Broken metacarpal

My niece suggested this and as my bone felt mobile still after nearly 4 weeks thought would give it a try. Can only say within 2 days bone area felt different and sort of protected, can only put it down to taking this. Now after 8/9 days feel like my bone is actually stable and knitting. Seems to be working.
