Received wrong product

Unfortunately I received the incorrect product. I received Natrium Mur which I ordered and already received a few months ago. Sender insists they send me what I ordered. I am no longer confident that they know what they are doing, so will buy elsewhere from now on. No idea if the products are helping anyway.

No idea if it’s helping or not …..
