Aconite

Two people in my family get heart palpitations and suffer anxiety. Two doses a few minutes as part usually brings palpitations to normal, sometimes every couple hours for a day or two for anxiety and palpitations wanting to start up. We use with arnica, 200c both, when the baby faceplants on the concrete floor or something like that. ( A toddler that likes to climb).

This is a good brand I order from even though I live in Texas and have to wait a couple of weeks to get. The bottle are glass, you can get the odd potencies, they have white tops you can write on the lids and they fit most kit slots.
